I love Prompt Action Pest Control because they were friendly, efficient and highly effective. We had significant mice problems and a bat problem. We didn’t have any more bat issues and we didn’t have any mice issues until a chipmunk that had been accidentally shut in our garage, chewed a hole small enough for the mice to get in again. I called them and they came right out, found the hole, and patched it up. We haven’t had a single sign of mice ever since. I highly recommend Prompt Action Pest Control.

My service provider was incredibly thorough, walking me through what they were doing and why. They walked the entire periphery of the house, inspecting possible access points, areas of concern, and looking for signs of damage. They repaired or put up preventative measures to prevent further ingress. Spots that were beyond their ability were noted and explained to me. They arrived promptly, worked expertly, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and will be the person that makes checkups in the future. Prices were fair and worth the labor and time involved. Will happily recommend.

We had tried to get flying squirrels out of our cabin for years using a large nationwide pest control service. Every winter we continued to see flying sqirrels. Finally after getting Prompt Action involved we were able to keep the squirrels outside instead of in the church

So nice to deal with an experienced professional who arrived on time, got right to work and inspected areas both inside and outside the home. Holes were filled, bait stations placed in strategic areas and service was performed as requested. I had used this company many years ago and was satisfied with their service, so when the need arose I didn’t hesitate to contact them again and would recommend their services without a doubt.

I am in heaven this spring so far! I cannot believe there are no flies or box elder bugs, which I definitely would have by now with the weather above freezing. I wish I would have done this years ago!!

Very professional and knowledgeable on how rodents and hornets thrive and what to do to get rid of them. You’ll be seeing less of them just after their first visit, and the follow-up visits are to just ensure they don’t come back again. Highly recommended.

We wanted to seal up the house for keeping fall mice out. After reading reviews online, we chose Prompt Action. Jason came promptly to our home, listened to my thoughts and observations, did an interior inspection and exterior walk around. Then he got to work, finding some access points in a few areas that I had previously not discovered. Jason was thorough, prompt, professional and friendly. Although fall is still a few months away, I feel confident that Jason has made some fixes for us and set us on a good path. So far, we would highly recommend Jason and Prompt Action!

Jared did a bat exclusion at my property. I was not home at the time, but all the work was done as explained and looked neat and professional. Communication and timeliness in getting the job done were both very good.

Had a few wasp nests and called in morning and a guy here by 4:30 and he called to let me know when he would arrive. Spent time examining area and talking to us and sprayed the house and area of the wasps. They are gone now and we filled a few areas where they were building nests. Great service and will use again! Great customer service!!!! Thank you.

We have always had a good experience with everyone that came to perform their services, but not today. Very unfriendly and he had to argue about the quoted price. I had to show him our copy of the contract so that he would believe what I told him.

We called yesterday and we were told they’d have someone here between 2 and 4. Lee showed up right at 2 o’clock. He looked at the ground nest and explained what he was going to do. Lee was very polite and took care of the problem. We are extremely pleased with the service. I will definitely have them back if we ever need pest control again. Thank you, Dave

Brant is one of the best out there! He has successfully rodent proofed two of our homes and after years there has been no reoccurrence. He also has done a great job with getting rid of a yellow jacket nest and Asian beetle attacks in the fall. Definitely get this guy if you can!

Lee was absolutely top-notch. We were desperate for immediate help because of small children on premise at risk of injury from a hidden Yellowjacket nest. He made space in his busy schedule to help us and my guests are happily enjoying a much-needed, brief vacation. Super man! Monica was amazing to talk to in order to get this set up. Prompt Action Pest did a bat exclusion today. They were very professional from the beginning of the quote to the end of the job. The job didn’t take very long, and the technician answered all of my questions about bats and was very knowledgable and professional. I am very happy with the communication, they always answered my calls and questions and were on time to appointment. I am certain that they knew what they were doing for sure, and that the bats will be exculded soon!!

I highly recommend Prompt Action Pest Control. I called in the morning for a sudden yellow jacket infestation next to a main door which meant they were getting in the house. With two life threatening allergies in the house! The lady that answered my call was so nice and the man that came was kind, courteous and thorough. Not to mention they were here right away that afternoon. That is prompt service!
