Our Story
Prompt Action Pest Control has been proudly serving our community since 1989, when it was founded by Jerry Hanson—a one-man operation with a vision for reliable, effective pest control. Over time, the company became a family affair, with Jerry’s sons joining the team and helping to grow the business. With all of his sons involved, Jerry shifted his focus to expanding the company’s reach and services. By 2013, Jerry entrusted the business to his sons, stepping away to care for his wife as her health declined. He continued as a trusted consultant for several years before fully retiring in 2019. Today, Prompt Action Pest Control remains a dedicated, family-owned operation, committed to delivering expert pest control services with the same care and integrity it was founded on.
