We’ve worked with Prompt Action Pest Control for many years. They have serviced our home and our cabin so well. We can always count on them to take care of any issues. We recently had an uptick in mouse activity at our house. Dillon was so thorough in finding the source of the problem, doing what needed to be done to resolve it, and was super friendly as well.

We recently moved to a home that had a previous history of mice, bats, squirrels and ants. Brant came out the first week we moved in and did a thorough inspection to make sure the pests were gone. He was punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us on behaviors of the pests and how best to look for future evidence. We have scheduled this business to come for routine inspections to ensure the pests stay out. Very pleased customers!

Brant is one of the best out there! He has successfully rodent-proofed two of our homes and after years there has been no reoccurrence. He also has done a great job with getting rid of a yellow jacket nest and Asian beetle attacks in the fall. Definitely get this guy if you can!

The office & technical staff are exceptional at customer service/communication. The project took a little longer than expected, kept fully informed and did not charge me more because it taking a bit longer. This was particularly true with additional services not initially agreed to. Brant found an entry in the attic vent where birds were gaining access. He corrected that, too.
